Start bringing them closer so slowly and gradually that you don't even feel the movement making sure that you don't lose the spark and with that the clarity of focus you are looking into them with.
At a certain point of distance between the two, you will start feeling like coming out of your eyes and entering the other's through hers/his inside her/his mind.
